Terms of agreement

Review the laboratory standards, clinical responsibilities, and service policies that guide our partnership with dental practices and patients at Aspen Dentures Design LLC in Laurel, Mississippi.

Clinical responsibilities and design collaboration

Aspen Dentures Design LLC fabricates custom dental appliances according to the prescription, impressions, and digital scans provided by the licensed dental practitioner. The treating dentist is solely responsible for verifying final clinical fit, occlusion, shade accuracy, seating, cementation, and obtaining final patient approval.

While our lab ensures meticulous attention to facial aesthetics and anatomical design specifications, the dentist determines overall clinical suitability for the patient's oral health and function.

Adjustments, relines, and remake policies

Minor adjustments are natural as patients acclimate to new appliances. Follow-up adjustment support is provided at no extra charge within 60 to 90 days after delivery, provided the appliance has not been modified or damaged elsewhere.

Relines due to ongoing tissue or bone remodeling are separate procedures not included in the standard fabrication fee. Remakes addressing fit or workmanship concerns within one year are evaluated case by case and may be completed at reduced or no laboratory cost. Additional fees apply for changes in oral anatomy, accidental damage, or modifications by third parties.

Payment terms and delivery schedule

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to initiating design and fabrication. An interim milestone payment of 25% is due upon approval of the primary concept, with the final 25% balance due prior to final shipping or client pick up.

Invoices are payable within 7 calendar days of issuance. Late payments may pause active lab production, and accounts overdue by more than 7 days may incur a late fee of 5% or $25, whichever is greater. All finished restorations remain the property of Aspen Dentures Design LLC until paid in full.
